This was a gift fir a 8 year old and she enjoys playing with this kit.

This kit has a lot of variety in it and I love that it can be spread out over multiple uses-one day a soap, another day a scrub, another day bath bombs. It's a lot nicer than just a one afternoon "one and done" activity box. If you are working with little kids (anyone under 10 really) you will need to have some adult supervision to make sure that all directions are being followed in the right order and with the right amounts. Older than 10 can do it on their own and enjoy the independence of creating science! The scrubs are the easier to make, so I would start with that first before moving into the soaps and bath bombs. The mold are nice, but we definitely had some colors leak from one area to the next (like the stem and the pineapple fruit or different color petals) so I wouldn't expect them to look perfect. The kit does require some patience which is why it's a better activity for preteen to young teens. I don't think kids over 16 would really get into this. Some might, but most wouldn't. Great variety and multi day use!

My daughter received this for a Christmas gift and loved it. It was easy for her to make the bath bombs and soaps. They actually stuck together and made nice bath bombs and soaps. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food coloring stained out bathtub and sinks.

This kit is so much fun! It has everything you need to make bath bombs, soaps, and scrubs!I tried it with my 5 & 7 year olds and it was definitely not suited for their young age. They didn’t like having to wait for their bath bombs to set up. This is obviously not the fault of the kit, I know I would have LOVED this as a teen or tween!This comes with four different colors, and you can also mix the colors to make your own custom colors!It also comes with two scents (green apple and lemon) which once diluted in the product doesn’t smell chemical-y, so that’s nice!Overall I would highly recommend this kit for older kids or tweens/teens! It has a lot of range for your kid to get creative and create their own designs!

The blue coloring stains your tub and is very hard to get it clean.

My four year old granddaughter loves bath bombs and science experiments, so this was perfect to use with her. There are clear instructions, lots of equipment and materials, and plenty of fun colors and glitter.The set gives good practice with measuring and following directions. Making soap requires the use of a microwave and it's easy to make an enormous mess, so I think this is a good project to do with adults if young children are involved. Teens and tweens can succeed with it on their own.

Bath bombs didn’t hold together in the molds and the fold coloring stained my tub. I’ll need to pay to resurface my tub. Very upset and would like to hear from the company.

Great kit for beginners easy to learn making bath bomb and soaps ! Had fun putting these together with my daughter (8).💞
