ARCTIC FOXVegan and Cruelty-Free Semi-Permanent Hair Color Dye (8 Fl Oz, SPACE COWGIRL)

The photos is of after it was all done,I forgot to take before, during and then after. My bad, sorry. I had help and working around my little in between... So time was limited to picture taking.😅So, I bleached my hair (4 boxes later, to lighten my hair from my previous colours [was blue+purple+bits of reddish] I had and to hopefully get the colour I'm going for).I've never tried Arctic Fox products before, and was curious to try something different. I bought three colors. But I went to try Space Cowgirl (Light, Bright Green) as St.Pattys is coming (tomorrow) and to just have some colour fun. Plus the smell of it, was comforting. Not overpowering. Smells nice.👍🏻😁Depending on the lighting, is how you would see the green reflect.... It's not as bright as I had hoped or thought it be after lightening my hair up really blonde (bleached+platinum blonde). You can still see the blonde in my hair and yet see some light green as well. Kinda like it choose where it wanted to go, and highlight look sorta😅 with a Bottle and half later used in my hair. --- I have long hair and thick hair Hans why I bought two greens incase needed and due that it's a light green.Do I like it? Yeah, it's different and I've never done green before. I can work with it and I still have some left to try again to see if it helps.Would I do this colour again? Why not, I like to have fun with different colours, just because.Only thing I wish, is that it was green-ner like or even similar to the photo or bright, bright (light) green. Had sorta hoped for that bright bright green. But I guess my hair can be funny that way. It's green and I like it annddd I'd do it again. 😁Being a Bus driver, wait til the kids see the new do, on Monday.😅

I’ve used other arctic fox colors and “space cowgirl” is definitely not super pigmented. I applied to freshly bleached roots and left it for an hour. It toned the leftover green nicely but my roots are still pretty yellow. Points for being UV reactive though! I’m going to stick with Aurora from Lunar Tides for a true lime green.

Virgin pink is vibrant so my daughter loves it. I bleached my daughter’s brown hair to very yellow blond. Then I used T18 Colorcharm to take brassiness out of her hair. She was ashy blond at this point. Then I put Arctic Fox Frose on her hair for two hours. This turned her hair into strawberry blond- sort of cute but not bubble gum pink as we hoped. We found Frose to be just too faint. So lastly, I put Virgin Pink on her hair for two hours. Success!! Her hair looks so vibrant and evenly saturated- it looks like a wig. She looks like an anime character. I bleached my other daughter’s hair lightly and applied Space Cowgirl. It hardly shows. In the sun, you can see the green tint to her light brown hair. I highly recommend bleaching your hair to lightest you can get to, then choosing a color that is dark. Two lighter colors were disappointing. I will continue to go with Arctic Fox in the future. It was easy to use, smelled nice, didn’t stain badly, seemed to nourish hair.

I switched from manic panic to artic fox bc the color lasts longer and they have neon colors. I really like using space cowgirl green mixed with neon yellow to really make it pop. The electric paradise is so much fun. Pink generally fades faster but I'm thankful it faded beautifully, giving it a soft look.
