At first, I was disappointed - the blanket and satin trim did not appear to be as described. BUT after washing it and then using it a couple of nights - it softened right up and is my new favorite blanket. Lightweight ,warm, soft, and definitely recommend. I plan on buying other colors to replace old blankets.

My wife is very picky about the blankets in our bed but she loves this one. She has to have a ribbon on the edge and she really likes how soft and silky this one is.As for others who complain about how they needed to wash the blanket a few times before it softened up, we are totally happy with the softness right out of the box!We have a queen size bed but we purchased a king size blanket and it fits perfectly - the extra fabric keeps it touched in.Best blanket we have had in 47 years of marriage!!

This blanket is so soft but not fuzzy. It's more like the blankets they made when I was a kid. The satin trim is beautiful. I plan on ordering another. Great blanket.

I have somewhat of an addiction to silky lining around blankets. They have become hard to find in stores. I’ve had this one in my cart for a really long time ($45 is quite a bit for me to spend on myself). As my other blanket finally met its match with the washer and dryer, I had to take the plunge and buy this blanket and I’m not disappointed. I absolutely love it. Very soft, warm and durable. If they ever go on sale I will buy a back up!!

This is so soft! I got the gray and it is so pretty. It is warm but doesn't overheat me. This is, for me, a year round blanket.

This blanket was a great find. It's hard to find anything that isn't fleece these days. This fills the bill and the satin edging near your face is great. Good weight. Washes great. Good value.

Has the feel of the blanket my grandma made for me 41 years ago. I take real comfort in that. I love it and my cats love it. Great purchase.

Everything about this blanket is pleasing and I have one on my bed right now. Before I'd tried it I ordered a second but unfortunately found the weight of two of these blankets would be heavier than I could tolerate. It's lighter than some, but heavier than I had expected.. need really light covers. s
