Did not get soft, very hard to get in grove and way to many ends not connected to anything just sticking outAfter review the company made a full refund of purchase price. When i need more cane i will return to this company

I was able to replace the seats of 4 chairs and I still have some left. Came fast and well packaged. I am glad it was a one piece so I could cut it myself.

Very interesting that the 5 star reviews (9) were from customers who received free products. My reason for the bad review is that the whole product was assembled crooked. Even after soaking for 30 minutes, it was impossible to align the webbing squarely in the sections of bedframe headboard I used it in. I expect I will need to tear it all out and start again with a quality product. Since the 7 foot roll has been cut up into three pieces, I assume I will not be able to return it. The vendor should be wiling to refund me.

I purchased a roll of this as a sample to decide if I wanted to use it as an inset in my laundry room cabinet doors. It seemed perfect, but when I purchased additional to use in the doors, the color was completely different. I would still like to order this, but how can I guarantee I will have enough product of the same (lighter) color?

This review is for a 20” x 7’ roll of Cane Rattan Webbing. This is beautiful rattan it’s 100% natural in color there’s no die so it will not fade, and it has a light shine. I soaked it in warm water for about 15 to 30 to make it easier to mold and bend. Also, to make it glossier and more durable they say to wipe it down with light salt water. I’m going to be using this cane to make a room divider and now after seeing it and how beautiful it is I’m going to have to look into making some other projects. Highly recommend this cane!

This was easy to handle and use. I soaked it for about 20 minutes then shook it dry so it wasn’t wet. I added this to a couple side tables and it looks great. I love the rattan natural look.

I'm still in the middle of putting my office together but decided to take a little extra time with the bookshelves and add the cane webbing to the drawer fronts. I cut the pieces to roughly the right size and then layered them between damp towels to make them flat. Cutting made a mess, as expected, but definitely worth it, and easy enough to clean up. There's a slight smell that dissipated pretty quickly.

I bought this to replace my cane dining chair. Packaging looks good but when I open it I can tell it’s not a good quality. The middle part has twisted cane which is very obvious. Some are thin that looks like it with break soon. the ends are loose too… I should have read the reviews before I buy…
