Great for fidgeting and exercising at the same time. Nice and compact.The lightest pair broke already, but, they took a pretty good beating first. All the rest are still holding up. So I'd say it's a great value for what you get.

Honestly there's bands in here I'll likely never use because they're so strong and so weak, but that's because they give you every possible band you could need. That's a good thing! Worthy purchase.

These bands have become my new best friend(s). I play violin and have been having some problems with my index finger on my left hand. It hurt and had trigger finger. So I tried these on advice from a violin teacher and OMG they work like a champ. The triggering has stopped. I have less pain and am able to resume playing again. And after I do a workout with the bands, I find that for a short time I have no pain whatsoever. These things are seriously miracle workers.

Sturdy little bands to work on fingers and hands

I like these bands of rubber. I have never before purchased bands of rubber for this purpose, but these seem solid. They’re nice and stretchy.
