If you are looking for a top quality 240cm blind then look no further. I’ve had other 240cm blinds and the first thing that stuck me when I picked up the box was the weight. 240cm blinds are big and heavy but these blinds are reassuringly heavy. For a start the aluminium pole is seriously strong. It’s a high grade thick extrusion and there isn’t any flex in it and when the blind is fitted the tube is laser beam straight. It took me under ten minutes to fit the blind for my most particular customer (ME.)I would think someone with no previous experience of DIY would have the blind fitted in no time because the instructions are clear and you should be able to fit the blind just by looking at the drawings. I paid £154 for the blind in my bedroom and it’s nowhere near as good as this blind. I just hope and pray this company goes from strength to strength and are still trading when I decide to change the blinds in the future. Strong Aluminium tube cut with jnr hacksaw easily cut and scissors to trim.Would be perfect if had a bracket cover but not seen any with that a 3d printer project. The material is black out but inside mount still get some edge bleed at top and side’s depending on where you mounted. As good as you can get with a roller blind.

These did the job perfectly. Affordable for the quality and a really nice finish too!!

The blinds themselves are great, although different fittings from the photos,Took me 4 hours I gave up multiple times just couldn’t figure out why they wouldn’t work right.Nearly broke my neck 10 times up and down the ladder coz they kept falling off,Cried 5 times,Then realised the instructions were wrong!! The picture showing you the items in the pack names the pin side bracket as the control side and vice versa,Once I figured that out it was plain sailing,Unfortunately there was a fatality involved as I killed my husband as he didn’t do it for me in the first place, This wouldn’t have happened if the instructions were right….So now I don’t need the blinds as they won’t fit the barred windows in prison ….

The blind arrived in a long thin parcel with all the necessary parts. The instructions for fitting were not as helpful as they could have been: for example, it's absolutely key that the brackets that hold it up are the right distance apart. This distance is not the nominal width of the blind (in my case 150cm) but something else, but there is no advice or a template to help with this. Similarly there is a degree of adjustment on the brackets, since the screws go through slots and not holes, but there is no advice about the best way of adjusting them. Finally, in principle one can cut the blind to length but there are absolutely no instructions or advice about how to do this, so I simply didn't do it.Having said all that, I did get the blind up without help, using the usual tools, and it is a very effective blackout. The raising and lowering mechanism works well, the brackets are adequate (but not super-strong, being entirely made of plastic) and I am hoping it will have a long and useful life.

The brackets hold it too far off the wall and it leaks light around the edges so I had to shorten them with a grinder/welder but it works well now it's closer to the wall.

Two things are not as described: the fabric isn't the same on both sides so you can't choose which direction it rolls out, and one end of the fitting is labelled as a spring loaded mechanism but the pin is actually fixed, which means it isn't possible to fit the blind securely. It will eventually fall down out of the bracket.

Nice simple white blinds bought for all round the house instead of curtains which seem to make rooms look smaller. A bit of a fiddle to cut to the right width but with the right tools (junior hacksaw, pencil, craft knife or scalpel and long straight edge) and a nice big space to lay it all out in just take your time.had a few imperfections on a couple of them but not too obvious.
