The support is gentle. The silicone rings worked for me because the sizing was correct in the description. The magnets do seem to be helping as opposed to not having them in a brace. I wear them all day. I recently wore them for 28 hours straight because after work I had to do a road trip to pick up some eq and the day after, even with rainy weather still here, my knees actually felt better which I attributed to the magnets being the difference. Imo, it's pricey at $34, BUT I can't complain too much because of the pain relief I've enjoyed. Mine only slipped down once so far. I wear over the calf tube socks which I believe help keep them in place. After wearing them for a week, the Silicone rings became more comfortable. They probably stretched a little with daily use.

The compression and support the knee support offers has really helped with my sore knee. Unsure if the magnets do make a difference but this is the best support I have used, the fit is good and great quality. Like that it is a 2 pack for the money.

I was very sceptical about the magnets having any effect but I’ll take their word that it works, the product itself is soft well constructed and most of all very comfortable with almost no pinching behind the knee and can be worn all day without too much discomfort even whilst driving the pain in the knee has reduced by at least 80-85% which makes movement less painful. Overall a great product and would be happy to recommend to family/friends.
