Once you go microplane, you’ll never go back to a generic grater again. Super sharp and so easy to use. The master series looks great and the wood matches up with other wood in my kitchen so it looks amazing even when left out. The guard is brillant for storage so I have no worries of catching my fingers in the drawer! Will definitely expand my collection.

Microplane. Possibly the best graters. I have the zester, ribbon, fine, medium and shaver. Amd now the coarse one. All good, in fact better. Great or should that be grate 🤣. Maybe there are better graters, I have yet to find them

Sturdy and well designed grater, a bit larger than what the images show. Feels like is gonna last for a long time which is fair considering you pay extra for something of higher quality, regardless of the wooden handle which is not important/relevant to me as it is for some people. The important thing for me is how it does its job and cuts. I don't lose my head around unnecessary things. If with time I don't like the handle I'll just remove it by pushing it towards the grater. Et voilà

Really sturdy, very sharp and a nice wood handle. Replaced my old Microplane which I had for many years. Great for grating garlic and ginger for curries 😉

Absolutely superb Bought this as a present, would not normally spent £25 on a grater, and thought it couldn't live up to the price. But it is incredibly sharp, grates parmesan into a fine fluff, and looks sufficiently stylish

The best zester and mini mandolin I’ve used yet, you can get amazing thin shaves of Parmesan garlic, radish and truffles with the blade or use the grater to finely grate or zest stuff

I consider it almost essential for so much food preparation - eg the ultra-fine grating of garlic or ginger almost to a paste, which, when used in cooking, brings out maximum flavour. The wooden handle looks elegant but the ergonomics could be slightly better.
