ONCE DISCHARGED THEN THIS PRODUCT IS A TOTAL WASTE
Worst ever product. It’s good unless it’s not discharged. Once discharged there is no way to charge it. I kept this product on charging for than 6 hours still nor working at all. Fitting is another issue: hand chopper is better than these electric ones

Not trustworthy
1. Not working after few days2. Difficult to claim warranty3. Tried email on said number but response came after a week4. Then another query asked and next response came late.5. And finally sent a service center which is 27km away(at Bhuleshwar) from my home in Mumbai. So cost of going to service center is itself high.

Good for small quantity
Compact size , good for small quantity chopping and mincing. Battery actually lasts long.. lasted for 4 days.. after using it both for lunch and dinner preparations..

Very small and poor quality product
The chopper is extremely small. The quality is poor. After 2-3 use somehow the button doesn't work unless pressed too much inside. I believe the button inside got displaced. after this issue it is highly inconvenient to use
