Great book
excellent book, a must to read for project managers, a complement to the book "The Goal". if you don't know how to manage your constraints and bottlenecks then this book will help you learn to deal with them and identify them

I heard good things, but ...
People love stories, so there's a line of thinking that the best way of delivering educational content is the narrative form.I am not a fan of this line of thinking. For example, I thought _The E-Myth Revisited_ really should have been an article in HBR or Business Week rather than a tedious full length book about baking pies. And so I approached this little number with fear and trembling, egged on only by my desire to fulfill my CE requirements for the PMP. (More PDUs please!)My fears were not misplaced. I must confess to almost losing my will to live about the time it was wrapping up. The dialog was inane, the characters were wooden, and rather than just paying a few bucks to hire a handful of voice actors, the single reader tries to do it all himself by modulating his voice to (unintentionally) hilarious effect. Which I guess is also consistent with the thrift he showed in NOT HIRING AN EDITOR!
