My dog seems to be happy with this food
My dog seems to be happy with this food. I know she must be getting bored with it, since I have been feeding it to her for years. Some of the cans do come dented, I'm guessing from the warehouse, not shipping. Also, I don't know if the cans are not getting filled all the way or if it is packing tighter in spots, but some of them will have hallow areas in the middle, like a 1/4 cup or more. I want to feed my dog organic food and don't want to be a slave in making it myself. Tried that. So I will stick with this brand for now.

Good Product based on ingredients, but half of the cans arrive severely dented.
I believe the product itself is very good - based on and according to the ingredient list. However, I have been having issues with at least half the cans arriving severely dented. Same issue with cans located at Whole Foods and PetSmart, which is why I attempted to order two cases via Amazon. They were willing to credit me 35% per case, but that does not cover all the cans that I was afraid to open.

I am not happy that Purina bought Organix
I am not happy that Purina bought Organix. A big reason I originally bought the food is that it was made by a family company that had pride in their recipes. I fear the recipes and processes will change because that is what happens when a company buys another company. I am switching to a different food from a small family company.

Don't buy this garbage!
I bought a case of this (Adult Organic Turkey and Organic Vegetables Formula)12.7 oz cans beause my dog adores the Organix Dry Dog Food and he does very well on it. As soon as I gave him a little canned (a small amount mixed with his other food) he started vomiting white foamy stuff the following morning. I ended up giving a can to a friend and her dog had horrible breath (from his stomach--does not have bad teeth). I didn't give the rest away, will throw it away. I emailed the company twice and they couldn't bother to respond in about two weeks. Apparently they don't stand by their products. Now I don't trust any of their products even though my dog does fine on the dry formula.

Healthy dogs
I've been feeding my dogs this canned food mixed in with their Organix kibble for about a year. They are very healthy. I have two 70 pound Goldendoodles, one with bilateral hip dysplasia. I have fed them various food over the past five years and none seem to agree with them more than this Castor & Pollux. One of my dogs has terrible gastric problems with gurgling and passing gas and he hasn't experienced any of that eating this food. I'm glad to be able to get it on Amazon. Saves me a lot of money compared to the pet store where I was buying it.

Quality premium dog food.
My sister told me about Organix brand dog food. After reading the ingredients I began buying it for my dogs. I only feed them premium dog foods like Organix and Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers' Soul. They contain real meat products and no fillers. Organix takes this a step further with organic food in the ingredients. The price is a bit higher, but it's worth it to have healthy pets! My last dog died of cancer, and after a lot of research, I believe that high-quality pet food ingredients without fillers are the best plan for healthier pets!

Rated Excellent by the tenderest of palettes
I have 3 dogs, all with varying nutritional needs and two with skin sensitivities. One is a rescued Westie- and as any Westie owner knows, they are extremely sensitive to food and skin allergies. I feed them each dry dog food- Castor and Pollux- and top it off with a scoop of this canned food. They get excited just seeing the can! I only feed my pets the highest quality food, and when you open the can, smell & see this food, you know it's high quality. I'm happy to feed my fur kids this apparently delicious food, and extremely grateful it caused no skin or stomach issues!

Bad first impression.
Bought this first time as I usually buy dry or the Tiny Feast. Opened it up and almost threw up. It was liquid like water and was spoiled. My husband thought the dogs had an accident on the floor when he walked in. The odor was terrible. It was extremely spoiled. Opened the next can and seemed to be normal. Will probably go back to tiny feast. All cans a different consistency.
