Well packaged, on time delivery....nothing to regret having purchased this bypass track system

These doors were very easy to assemble. The kit even came with the screwdriver head you need and a pair of gloves. My four year old niece helped me put it together- it was that easy. They look great. Much sturdier than the slab dores i was considering, and a fraction of the cost of other barn doors

We were so excited about the quality of this door! Most importantly was how great the instructions were! Everything was labeled . You went so far as to put gloves , sandpaper and the driver bit for assembly in the packaging!!!! ! Wow …. How thoughtful!!!! 100 % satisfaction doesn’t even compare to how happy we are with this product!!

First, i want to say that the door is great. It was easy to assemble, it looks amazing and I can't wait to hang it. The one star knock was due to the shipping method. They shipped it via USPS (yes the postal service). The day it was due to arrive, I received a notification that "delivery was unsuccessful due to mailbox being full". WTF? Anyway, after two days of "attempted redeliveries", automated phone calls, and several emails, I found out the doors (I ordered 2) were too large/heavy to get on the truck. I then had to go down to my local post office to pick them up. Each box weighs ~50 lbs and is 7ft long. The clerk was kind enough to put them in a rolling bin and push it towards me while saying "good luck". I say all this because I happen to have a vehicle large enough to haul them and the physical ability to lift them. If you don't, be prepared to make other accomodations.
