Great device but !
The best TV controller I have ever had but you don't get it with the actual tv, you have to purchase from Amazon adding £40 to the cost of the TV.The remote was included with my previous lg TV but had to replace it 3 times in 4 years and on getting the new TV was angry that the remote I already had would not work with the new TV, yet another £40 gone.Update.You can get a remote like this from AliExpress for £10 including shipping.

Had expected better
The previous one, which came with the TV 2 years ago, broke the central trackball system and prevented TV source changes as a result - a disaster for someone with with a Firestick, Blu-ray player etc. 24 hrs later, thank you Amazon, this new one arrived, along with an additional cheap version in case of emergencies.Have to say that the genuine LG replacement has suddenly and inconsistently developed a wayward cursor with a mind of its own. Pursuing this cursor around the screen can result in the handset and its owner achieving some unusual angles before it finally, briefly settles in the right place. Not impressed, and I suspect that all the activity will wear out this one's trackball before long.
