Has a slight cruciferous taste that isn't unpleasant. Makes me think that it actually made from natural sulfur.

I stumbled over this stuff on a sub-Reddit for Sluggish Cognitive Tempo now known as Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome. This stuff is amazing, I'm tackling long undone tasks one after the other since I started taking it. I'm nearly 70 and none of the typical ADHD meds have ever worked for me. Our home is cluttered by many, many half finished projects inside and out. That situation is changing for the better one step at a time, one day at a time.

I have been taking sulforaphane since mid-September. I feel it gives me more energy. The capsule is tiny and has no taste. I agree w/the reviewer who commented that Doublewood company is a bit of a market disrupter. Although the price of this supplement will probably increase, I am glad to get it for this low price at the moment and feel that it is worth what I am paying. I use other Doublewood supplements and will continue to do so. My only "issue" with the company is that it should figure out how to ship subscription supplements together when ordered at the same time from their website. This would minimize post office handling and excess packaging.

I saw this product and instantly I wanted to get some, I've known this about broccoli for a long time. I couldn't even tell I took it as far as taste or a feeling and I really didn't expect I would but I'm sure the ingrediants got into the system possibly even better than food value I'm sure with a capsule delivery into the digestive tract. All I can say to you is try it or add it too your supplement regime it can't hurt thats a given. As far as quality the other products from doublewood have been very good quality so I'd count as this being high quality as well.

I learned about Sulforphane due to being estrogen dominant and over 60. Broccoli is high in sulforphane but cooking it must be specific and in broccoli sprouts, you must grow them to get the best benefits. Being able to have this supplement to add to my routine to decrease my estrogen dominance (breast cancer is often the result), gives me comfort to knowing that I am doing all that I can. The capsule is tiny and easy to swallow; no taste and travels easily. I would recommend anyone who knows they're estrogen dominant to research this supplement and all the benefits it brings with it.

I bought this because of the health benefits as per the review. It is too early for me to give a higher rating however my body seem to be responding to it.
