I am 48 years old and have been suffering from stress incontinence for years after delivering a 10lb 4oz baby when I was 18 years old. I LOVE to exercise and I was a runner for years and nothing helped the leakage I had any time I jumped, ran, sneezed, coughed etc. I would completely wet myself when running or when I taught fitness classes which was incredibly embarrassing. I tried pelvic floor physical therapy, kegels and a device to strengthen the pelvic floor, but nothing worked. I ended up finding tampons would help a little and that's what I've been relying on for the past few years. I just stumbled upon this product somehow and thought that it seemed like the same concept as using a tampon, except it was MADE for this specific problem. I had nothing to lose. I am so excited to say that I went on a 3 mile run this morning and had ZERO leakage. LIKE NONE! I am incredibly impressed! What a great product. I can't thank this company enough for giving me the freedom to work out how I want without having to worry about embarrassing wet spots. Thank you!!

The item works as intended but the white piece of the applicator has seams on each side so it cracks easily. Luckily I bought the 2 pack so I had a second applicator to use.

I was hopeful that this would keep me from having to use pads for stress incontinence. I had a difficult delivery with my child, which caused damage to my pelvic floor. The positive reviews gave me hope that i would be able to start enjoying things without panicking and turning visits to a place without a bathroom into either panic of feeling like I smell like a public bathroom or not being able to go. I have been looking for something that would provide confidence in a swimsuit, and allow me to because my usual tactic is wear a long cover-up, make sure a bathroom is nearby, and then quick change as soon as I am done swimming. It's horrible. Unfortunately, it had about the same result as not wearing a pad at all. Within 45 minutes, I had to change my clothes. It lessened the leak, but I wound up removing it, and continue to use pads. The strings are very flimsy as well, and the way it is designed, I had an additional concern of not being able to really clean it, and could foresee possible issues.I cannot recommend this product.
