Keeps stuff cool but not wet!
Every time we go camping we have something like butter or bread in the cooler that always makes it's way to the bottom where the ice has melted and it ruins it.This net helps keep that from happening. You fix the velcro they provide to the inside of the lid. It has a strong adhesive. The net is 2 part, between the lid and the net, and then something like a pocket that's just the midde of two sections of net.Its simple but works! It feels like it will hold up to years of use but It may stretch over time.

Look at your cooler's lid BEFORE YOU GET IT
This was exactly what I needed. I work events where I sometimes have garnishes like delicate flowers and herbs that I need to stay cold - but they get destroyed if they get soaked, or rest directly ice. The build quality of the net is good and I don't see how the material can fail considering that it will be holding lighter, smaller items. I do wonder about the velcro adhesive though. One IMPORTANT FACTOR to consider is how your lid's interior is designed. Many have ribs, grooves, and channels... some vertical and some horizontal. You wouldn't want to mount the adhesive velcro strips across a groove where the adhesive will be exposed and weakened. Also, the spacing of the grooves can affect it. The rotomolded cooler I was going to use this with (white cooler in pics) wouldn't work because the spacing was not right. The net would have to be really saggy as I'd have to mount the velcro closer together than they should be. For my Igloo (2nd choice) cooler, it has a big raised block going horizontal, so I had to mount it horizontally. There was a large glued plug, which is where they inject the insulation, then seal the lid... and I had to go over that, but it's relatively flat. Working great, but we'll see if it lasts for an extended period of time.

Works As Advertised, Not Sure on the Durability.
I own multiple coolers which have different uses and have wanted a product like this for awhile to keep small items handy, particularly for coolers that I use to keep fish and game cool. I've had to pull out a few beers from the bottom of a cooler that had ice, beer, and freshly caught fish one too many times. The beer always tastes okay, but there's something to be said about having a way to store things where they don't get covered with fish slime, fur, or feathers depending on the season. The install for this was easy and it does hold pretty effectively. I'm not sure about longevity; however, especially on the RTIC that I used it on because the indentations on the lid didn't allow for a flush mount for the velcro. Since that's the attachment point, I used other velcro strips I had on a few of my other coolers so this net can be moved depending on what I'm doing. Overall, it's well crafted and didn't have any defects, but I did think it was a bit pricey for what you get. Then again, it saves me from tasting fish slime, which is nice.

Small extra storage to keep things out of the ice/water
This is useful for keeping items in the cooler that you want to stay dry and/or not get overly cold by touching the ice. It was easy to attach and the velcro seems pretty strong. It's kind of small, but it has to be since the available space inside of a cooler lid is also small. I have a huge cooler with wheels & handle and the bag just fit because of the curved sides on the inside of the lid.

Excellent for dry item storage, esp zipper bags. Pay attention to your lid design tho.
The first step with any adhesive product is to be sure to clean the surface with rubbing alcohol so grime and dirt doesn't affect the seal. Heat is generally the enemy of adhesive products but this is being used in a cooler. That being said, if you get this don't store you cooler in a hot garage because the net will probably fall off.I found this was excellent for holding smaller dry items such as zipper bags which I often use with my cooler. The lighter the items the more likely you won't overstress the adhesive. One thing to note is how flat a surface your cooler lid has on the inside. I have a Yeti. It has "YETI" inscribed in the lid. Many cooler lids have various grooves. Those grooves/inscriptions mean that those areas won't make contact with the adhesive. Be sure to measure where your flat areas are so that you can buy the appropriate size bag. In my case I measured the width of the Yeti inscription and got a bag wider than that so the adhesive strips were on a completely flat area.

easy extra storage
this is a great way to add a pocket to your cooler. Nice thick velcro to keep the pouch attached, but the pouch is small. just testing with things around the house, it will hold about 5 navel oranges. Would be great to keep items up out of the water though

Great for lightweight things
Started peeling when I had heavier items in there so I had to learn to put very lightweight items there.

Works as intended, great for the cooler
This basket works as intended by holding dryer items above the ice in my cooler. We used it in the Lifetime cooler and it worked perfectly. It's very easy to install and very stretchy. Seems like the adhesive will hold well. It held cheese, butter, ketchup, and mayo easily and kept them dry. The butter got a little warmer than I wanted once the ice melted but I'm in Florida in the middle of summer so I let it slide.I may install a second one as it's small and there would be room in my cooler.
