Super simple, yet perfectly adequate. Just what I needed and at a really nice price. I would both buy this again and I would recommend it to someone else.

Very well made, it really is better than I expected. The bar has a good size for an adult hands, I am able to do my workouts with no problems. The max weight is about 330 on this bar, I only use to hold 100lbs and it does it pretty easy.Portable, stable and easy to use. Would buy again.

Have a mercy multi weight machine lateral pole and curls. This is so much better for me then the bar that came with it.

I love that you can break it down. Could easily store this in a gym bag and bring it out in those times when all of the lat pull downs bar are taken.
