This is avery nice notebook for journaling, research notes, etc. It has a plasticky front cover and hard cardbiard back and also has 2 pockets for whatever you like. I believe it is wide ruled, which I prefer. The pages tear out easily, because they are perforated and the spiral binding is good and strong.
