Blocked Sun All Morning/Afternoon
I wore this out on a hot day with full sun from 9am-2pm, and having fair skin with sunscreen applied in the morning, I avoided any and all burning. It folds well to slip into my purse, and the ponytail hole was perfect. Not only did it block out the sun but also kept me cool so that my sunscreen didn't sweat off.This was a last minute purchase, so I had just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.. and in this case, I got lucky! A total lifesaver for sunny/active days, sturdy and with a ton of coverage so even the back of my neck was safe. 10/10 for what I needed.

Hat for all sports
I have bought this hat multiple times. I am confident that it is keeping the sun off my face. I use one for swimming and one for hiking. I have one hat I leave in Florida when I visit my sister. I also bought a hat for my friend who hikes and swims and I bought one for my sister too. We all love them.

Runs small.
If you're looking at reviews wondering if this will be too small... Yes it probably is. I can only wear it a few minutes before having to take it off for being too tight. Alas, for otherwise it is a nice hat, just runs small.

Protective sun hat.
Works great for keeping the sun out of your face and off your neck. The adjustable elastic band works fine and this hat fits my head ( 21 inches ). It does come creased and wrinkled, so be aware. You might be able to iron them out butI just want my face protected from the sun.

A great hat!
I love this hat! I bought it for when I'm gardening, hiking, or anything else where I don't want to use my nice, floppy straw hat. The color was spot on and your head doesn't get hot because the ventilation is great. It also is good for windy days because the stiff brim holds its shape and helps with not pushing it back on your head, along with the chin strap. All in all, a great hat!

Cool, practical, and packable
Took the hat on a cruise for the excursions. Loved the breathable cap and could use the chin strap if needed on windy days.

Fits small
This hat is very tight. Not great for large heads! Lol! Very well made and great quality, however.
