This product came exactly as described. This computer DOES come with the keyboard. I will be using for college & excited to get my use out of it. I bought this specifically because of the option to go from computer to tablet when needed, especially for note taking. I charged it the day I received it & it has held battery extremely well. I have probably used it for about 5 hours total already & it still has battery left on it just from the one charge almost 3 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone in search of a laptop for school that can also convert to a tablet. Very easy to use if you’re up to date with modern technology.

Product arrive not working properly. Battery will not charge

Careful -- regarding the attached keyboard, it says "Black Type Cover, Latest Model." Suspiciously, no photo shows the keyboard detached so you can actually see if it has the charging slot or not. Worse yet, some "Q and A" says it DOES come with the charging slot. Well, that is not true. This is a bit of a deceptive advertising issue. I contacted Beach Camera, and they said they are only a go-between called Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and that Amazon would be good with providing excellent service. Well, maybe I don't want to hassle with this, and there is no good solution now because I ordered the device for someone else. Come on now, Amazon....
