buying the baking sheet, silicone mat and cooling rack as a set is a game change. Everything fits together beautifully and they store well. You will be surprised at how often you will use the smallest set too. You'll pull it out of the packaging and think it's too small but just wait--you WILL use it all the time. No matter how well i follow a recipe, i always have one or two cookies or rolls that won't fit on one sheet. Small pan to the rescue. Perfect size. Need to freeze something before use or need to rest your dough? Put it on the small pan and pop in the fridge/freezer. All of them have been in the oven at some point. I noticed they initially warped in the oven, but they are back to normal once cooled. They still store great, wash well and haven't tarnished or stained.

Absolutely love these., and use them all the time. Easy to clean and extremely durable.

I have been switching to more eco friendly non toxic cookware and these are perfect! The price is great for the amount of items you receive and the quality is great. The sizes for all three are great for cooking different items.
