Received used book and the digital access was already redeemed. Was not disclosed that the digital version has already been redeemed and the product description discloses that all access codes are guaranteed unless specified. Will be returning.

I'm not sure if it was unique to mine or how it was placed in a box with zero padding but the first time I opened the book at all the cover is already pulling away form the binding. It already sounds crackly and feels flimsy like an old, roughly used school textbook and given that it's a brand new edition I was hoping it was going to last longer than this.
