Good handwash
Solves the purpose effectively

Amazing handwash with a peculiar fragrance
It's a wonderful handwash with mild pH suitable for sensitive skin. Performs really well, creates good lather (foam) but has a very different fragrance combination. Takes some time to adjust to it but isn't vety harsh to be considered obnoxious. Soap is soft on skin and cleans hands properly.

It is a good product at this price and it's produce large amount of foam in a single drop.

Can give a try. Cheap alternative.
Nice lather and frangnnce have translucent texture comparative of Dettol.... Cheap alternative... Using if face any issue will tell.
