La Moderna Alphabets Pasta Alfabeto Pasta 7.05 oz (Pack of 3)

Love these in soups, especially Chicken soup. Texture is great and found this is an amazing addition to any soup.

I remember fixing alphabet soup for my kids when they were young. I found these little pastas on Amazon and decided it would be great to put them in my homemade soups. When reading the directions, I saw where it said to fry the pasta first. I had never heard of doing this. I fried it in a little butter and let it cool. When I added it to the liquid in the soup, I was greatly surprised that it didn't puff all up and absorb all the liquid. They did expand...which was good...but there was still plenty of liquid left in the soup. I was very pleased.

We used these for sensory bottles for our kids. We dyed them different colors.We disnt consume them. However, they are very small and so is the package, so be aware the amount you get for the proce that it is :)

I love these noodles! For some reason I can’t find them anywhere else in local store & I love using them for chicken noodle soup!
