The ORIGINAL Westside Barbell light band that has been and still is used by all the great legends of Westside. This band can be used for squatting, reverse bench pressing and over the bar for strong benchers (500 raw). Can add up to 150 pounds of resistance depending on the circumference of what you put the band around. The bands are made from natural rubber latex and come in purple with the Westside Barbell logo, website, and phone number printed on each band.
