My go to socks for my son, he is about a size 2 1/2 and the medium fits perfectly! Not too thick but not too thin. Holds up pretty well. He is outside playing with his shoes off and playing in the sand.

I think the sizing is not accurate. I ordered the M for shoe size 9-2.5, but was too big for a size 12 shoe. It was a better fit for a size 2 shoe. So I would size down if your kiddo is a shoe size 12 and under. Otherwise, the socks feel good, they washed well, and my kid is satisfied with them.

Cheaper socks just don't last. These hold up to sports, lawn mowing, hiking, etc

My son is super picky about his socks and he loves these! Will Definitely buy them again! They hold up to his wear and tear. They look and feel comfortable, they don't shrink in the wash. Good bang for your buck. Also, gives cushion when walking due to them being thicker.
