Great planner
I never learned how to plan meals and stay organized throughout a week. This book is the answer for me. As I plan meals, there is a shopping list I can use for needed items. It also has sections for planning and recording exercise, weight, goals… I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Great price, high quality
When purchasing this item, I was going for the cheapest. This may have been the cheapest, but it's made high quality, the extra little stickers, cute design pen holder and page layout's are definitely a plus. It has a beautiful thick cover and a strap to keep it closed. Definitely a great value for your money, easy to use and understand, and with the layout it is easy to track and promotes great motivation. Size wise it's perfect. I can fit it in my bag, purse or put it in my glove box.

This is a fabulous journal that helps you stay accountable of your goals and accomplishments. It helps you plan and keep track of what you are doing with your health, fitness, spiritual and personal development. I am happy I found this and will purchase again.

Great Tool for health , easy to use
Great simple system to see if a particular food is having an effect on an illness or if it is something else. Or if looking to lose weight and not successful start to look at calories and ingredients in product. We just found sugar (weird) in Chicken's or another item. It is interesting how much sugar, salt, phosphorus is prevalent in the food today. Or how many unseen calories can be found. Or swelling up could be 1 full days if salt and water in your body.Good product

If you're looking for a book to assist you with meal planning first, physical activity & workouts second. This is a great book. Allows you to set goals, create grocery lists, and compare months.

Easy to use
Easy to use, not overwhelming with too many unnecessary forms or options for information and STILL gives options for all information desired. Very comfortable to use. Convenient, very well made.

Its ok
My fine point sharpie bleeds through. But it is grammatically awkward. First question is: What do I want to reach this goal? Do you mean why? Or do you mean how? Because what makes no sense. So theres that. The grammar used just felt off, but of course its not that big of a deal. But I primarily got this to record 3 meals no snacks and for that, its great!
