BEST roasting pan I have owned
I bought a USA pan on a whim. I LOVE their pans! Cannot say enough good things. The best part is how very easy to clean they are. Am slowly switching out all of my bakeware to USA pans.

bigger than described
This seems like a very nice pan.I apreciate it's American made.I wanted it for my counter top oven.It is bigger than described and the door won't close completely.Described as 10x9x3Label on the pan says 10 1/2×9 1/4 ×3 1/8. that size increase makes just enough difference when you add the rolled top to not fit in my oven.I will keep it but I won't use it as much as I hoped to.

Great quality versatile pan
I have used USA Pans for years and bought their complete line of cookware when it was released. I love adding on to the set of bakeware pans, the kids always love the pans and never give them back! Hence the reason I am always buying them. The deep roasting pan is great for making lasagna, I can really stack the layers. The heat distribution of these pans is fantastic, nothing gets over/under cooked on any part of the pan.

Nice deep roasting pan made in the USA
The two things I love most about this roasting pan are 1) it's fairly deep which means fewer splatters in the oven, and 2) it's made in the USA.This is just a nice, straightforward, heavy gauge, aluminized steel roasting pan. It's a bit over three inches deep, which is enough to prevent grease from spattering all over the inside of the oven. It also has a clear, silicon coating which minimizes sticking. It doesn't have a roasting rack, but it does have a fluted bottom with channels.I've had some big disappointments in the past few years trying to buy ovenware online, but this pan meets my needs perfectly.The manufacturer recommends not to exceed an oven temperature of 450 degrees with this pan, and not to put it through the dishwasher.
