This is a wonderful new hobby that has helped with my stress level. It takes enough concentration and focus to take your mind off of your stress but not too much that it is a frustration. The Psalm verses give you something positive to think about and praise the Lord for and be thankful for. I highly recommend this book for anyone of almost any age. I do recommend that you use a pair of tweezers - preferably needle nose which do help in a more perfect placement. I have large clumsy hands, the tweezers have been a valuable tool in the exact placement.The stickers in this book are sticky but not too sticky that they can not be repositioned. They are also cut and perferrated perfectly so they remove from the sticker page very easily. I have used and tried a few different brands now and recommend this one above all others.I do hope you find this review helpful and enjoy this book as much as I have. Great fun to do and I gave everyone in my Bible study a completed sheet. I don't believe anyone threw them away as they are very attractive. I visited a neighbor today and she had it on the side of her fridge. The Words of Jesus is also a good book.
