These melatonin tablets are working really well. I took one tablet & within 10-15 mins I went to my bed. 10mg is really a high dose, I recommend to analyse your requirement. The only prob which occurred the next day was lethargy. 3-5mg is enough.

Its a best solution for insomnia. If taking melatonin ur body and minds tells u strainght away its times to sleep . After taking melatonin i went to sleep as early as possible without much stress or tension.for 2 days i was fine but i was feeling tired and dizzness which was not normal as my sleep is not normal , putting sleep through a medicine . I dont feel energetic , there was no hunger for food , you dnt feel like doing anything and feel nausea aswell . Every1 should take melatonin aftr taking to a doctor or should take right quantity of melatonin.
