Total disappointment!!!
The bands give no resistance at all either to a low quality of the rubber or improper storage. A total waste of money. Do not buy these bands!!!

It has no resistance. I highly don't recommend this product.

Fairly disappointing as the elasticity of the bands was very limited: once stretched beyond a few inches, the elasticity is gone..
