मैने 6363 मॉडल आर्डर किया थाऔर मुझे amazon से 7290 मॉडल सेट टॉप बॉक्स प्राप्त हुआ जो मुझे ठीक नही लगा।जो सामान आर्डर करे वही सामान मिलना चाहिए।

I have received dead settop box.and no any way to contact customer service.please replace it and change to white remot

Erratic functions and not as shown on box
Remote control operation and functions very erratic and not user friendly .There is no wifi connectivity Function (android Tv functionality Though it is shown on Set Top box packing )It is not possible to sync the STB Remote With TV remote as explained on the back of STB remote back .There is no proper user manaual where one can understand it's usePicture quality is excellent Sound quality Average.Settop box Display is very bright and not pleasant to eyes.Remote control not supplied with batteries which cost very small amount.
