Was recommended this product by a fellow boxer and it’s been everything I was missing. It’s super hard to work your neck out and using this makes it much easier. I feel like my ability to take shots has improved significantly. Will be using for the foreseeable future.

I do like the durability of this product and the way it fits around my head. My only issue is that I have a big head and jaw, the strap won’t fit the whole way under and go through the latch like it’s supposed to so I have to hook the bottom strap through the one loop above where the chain is latched, which causes it to be slightly cockeyed.Other than that it’s a strong a durable product!

Great for added weight to the neck

Better than a massage for relieving tension in my neck, while also strengthening it and making it thicker/more aesthetic. I like using it with an elastic band best, but the weighted exercises are awesome too. Wish I'd bought it earlier.

My head is on the bigger side (apparently) and it wouldn’t fit . You can make a small adjustment but not much. It’s good quality but just doesn’t fit well
