This is one of the best value products you can buy for a combination supplement for D3 and K2. These two vitamins work synergistically, and having them available together in one supplement is extremely convenient. Bronson has also used the best and most active form of vitamin K2, which is MK7. If you are considering supplementing Vitamin D (and more people than you would expect should) then this is a good, low cost option to start with.

Good product overall. Love D and K together. I am a repeat customer on behalf of my parents, both elderly both d deficient until now. Mom sees very little sun (bed bound) and her blood work revealed for the first time in years that she is NOT d deficient. I 100% attribute it to this supplement. Neither my 85 YO mom or 90 YO dad have difficulty swallowing this pill.

You need vitamin K2 with D3 supplementation when you aren't getting sufficient natural sunlight (which helps your body manufacture vitamin D3). This combination has the recommended proportions of K2 and D3 to ensure you are healthy. As one ages the ability of your cells to use sunlight to create vitamin D3 lessens, and there's not many reliable sources of vitamin D3, especially if you're not getting much enriched dairy (mostly milk). D3 is especially essential for older people to prevent bone loss. Vitamin K2 drives that D3 supplement into the cells, otherwise you're not getting the full benefit of supplementing with D3. So get this and get it all in one dose.
