Easy to install and "IT WORKS!"
After trial and error with other products over the past 13 years that did not produce the plumbing effects, I was looking for I ran across this product that actually does what it says it will do. Accordingly, I can say, "IT WORKS!" So, if you are tired of ruining your refrigerator ice machines, or popping your kitchen faucet O Rings from starting and stopping your washing machine without the protections this product affords you, then you should buy this product without delay. It installs easily with very few tools. I'm an older guy and even I got it installed the first time I tried. And again, "IT WORKS!".

Water Hammer Solved
I installed on the back of my washer after finding out what water hammer was. It stopped the loud, startling noise when the water would stop adding to the machine. Simple installation and feels high quality.

it works
I got these to replace a pair of old arrestors (3 years?). It's been about 5-6 months, good replacement so far, much less noticeable pipe banging than before. Hopefully these will work longer than the last pair.

Easy installation, work well.
These worked very well. They were easy to install and completely eliminated the water hammer from our solenoid activated washer inlet valves. No more banging noises when the washer fills.

Help But Not Totally Effective
These don't completely "arrest" the water hammer effect. I would say they reduce the severity of the water hammer by about 30-40%. But it's still present.
