I disliked everything a toddler could build a better product than this! Cheap mesh that my dog bent and escaped in their first 5minutes of owning the pen. There wasn't enough mesh to properly cover the panels, they sent plastic zip ties to hold the mesh on and the small skinny stake nails couldn't hold up in a 5mph wind they're so tiny and the tarp strap was damaged when I received it and I ripped the box up so I cannot return it but I can warn people because you shouldn't be in business making such horrible products that don't hold up to their purpose, shame on you! Shame on me for falling for it and buying it but never again!

The fence is supposed to be attached with zip ties?? What genius did that? 5 minutes in it, and my dog was out!! Chewed through the ties and proceeded to bend the wire mesh and came on out!

There were missing parts. The top crown piece and the side poles to support the crown. The fencing you basically have to weave yourself. Spent all of this money and can’t even use it. Requested replacement parts twice now and month later still can’t use it. Better off going to Home Depot.

Parts missing. Thin gaged wire any medium to larger sized dogs can plow right the thin wire and destroy it the first time you put him or her in it.
