This mic set has gone far beyond my expectations. I got to to pair with a GoPro hero 13, with the media mod, to use for hockey on a goalie. Pros: 1. The sound quality is excellent. It gets clipped under a chest protector. With all the movement, the voice and ambient noise is well balanced, crisp, and not muffled or scratchy at all. The microphone itself is set in slightly and I think this makes the difference. 2. Sweat resistant. I can't say it's meant to be, but so far it's held up. It would probably be wise to protect it with a bit of plastic or something, but it didn't decease after sweat and moisture (and some water bottle spillage). It gets used for at least an hour at a time where it's exposed to this environment. 3. Connectivity and set up is quick and easy and I have yet to have an issue with it skipping or losing connection. It is extremely quick to connect and has not suffered any interruptions. I have not tested longer distances than the length of an ice rink (200'). 4. Battery life & charging is excellent. It easily lasts several hours and charges to 100% fast. 5. It has the option to select ambient noise cancellation, and it is actually a noticable difference. Cons: 1. If I wanted a digital display, I should have bought one. I do wish this had one for battery and\or volume because you kind of have to guess. If the GoPro is on, I can see it picking up but I won't be able to know how loud it is until it's recorded if I touch a setting by mistake from the previous use. 2. Not so much a con, but don't expect this to be anything except an in-sync recording. It will be part of the video, meaning, that the video will be recorded with audio and if that audio fails you do not have it separately on the device. This is in line with 99% of mics, though. And, again, I have not experienced an issue yet. 3. Kitty doesn't stay on great. Again...a minor complaint. It also isn't meant to be used for sports! So if you want the little fluffy bit on it, just make sure you're not moving it much. 4. This is my one legitimate qualm - the clip is...*ok*. The spring is not the best and, although it is good for typical use, I wish it was a little stronger because I'm not convinced it's not going to fall off. It's more like a chip clip than a clothespin in terms of tension (like...I wouldn't be scared to be dared to clip it to my nose haha!). Although it's technically appropriate for the size of the mic, I think I could've benefitted from about 1\4 inch more length and the smallest bit increased tension. In the meantime, a bit of hockey tape will be the comfort in not losing it! Overall, with use so far (a few months), I do recommend this product! The price is absolutely right for the product. Quality is above and beyond. Size is discrete. Works well. Connectivity is excellent. Great mic!

Wow! Outstanding performance for a very reasonable price
I was skeptical at first when ordering. I wanted a more professional, compact, and seemless method to better record interviews and video skits when out in the real world but did not have DJI or other "higher shelf" alternative brand money. This product fit the bill on many levels such as; affordability, portablilty, features, quality, ease of use, and its connection versatility. I can use this product with my phone (via 3.5mm jack to usb-c cable (sold separately)) or I can hook up to my DSLR if so desired. I greatly enjoy the fact that I can use one product for both applications and it just works flawlessly. The audio quality is great, these have a noise canceling feature which works very well and have volume control on the receiver. The battery life is great and it's awesome the manufacturers were mindful when designing these since you are given the option to not only in them by putting them in there case like ear buds but they have a usb c port on them too for when in a pinch. I enjoy how the manufacturers where even mindful in designing these to fit hot shoe on a DSLR, don't worry the clip is made out of plastic. The build quality is very good. The microphones and receiver feel and look quality made. The charging/storage case lid feels a bit like "Cheap" plastic, but the storage hard shell case is made of superior quality. I would say these perform and overall rate like "high shelf" brands. I do not regret this purchase at all and will look forward to doing future business with this brand.

Impressed!
I was skeptical at first and when I first saw the product announced, I wondered how this would compare to the Rode wireless go ii and the Tascam dr 10L that I regularly use for weddings and run and gun films. I'm pretty pleased that my first tests where I compared with the lavalier and without the lav in the rode and tascam compared to the M1 was very similar and almost indistinguishable. (still need to test in a lot more scenarios). I just held all of them about 6" in front of my mouth and they all sounded great and I'd have a hard time telling which was which. The M1 is definitely something to consider, especially given that this does not cost as much as the rode and the tascam. The size and weight of this is what attracted me to this the most. There was once a shoot, where I needed to quickly mic the subject and I placed the rode lav on her blouse. As we moved around, the weight of the rode actually shifted her blouse around making it a bit awkward and embarrassing. I know that because of the size of the M1, this would not be an issue. I love the size of this and knowing that the audio quality will not be compromised, I am confident in using this. I absolutely love the battery case, where you just need to pull out the transmitter and receiver, and they automatically turn on and connect. You just need to take them out of the case and put them on your talent and camera, and you're good to go. I do love the sleek look, but I've never been of fan of any of the brands printing their logo on their products. I get it, of course you need to get your name out there, but I don't think any filmmaker wants to have logos distracting away from the subject speaking. Same complaint for the led. I don't want a piece of gear to distract from the story. Gaffe tape will most likely be placed on them. I can't necessarily knock of points here because all similar products do the same thing. I still need to try out the noise cancellation. I also tried plugging in my iPhone, and that was pretty cool to have such a simple set up (iPhone, lightning adapter, trss to trrs patch cable, receiver, transmitter) I was impressed and made me super excited. I also gotta say, I love all of the battery case, it feels rugged enough, and it also comes with an additional case for the cables, wind screen, and the battery case to be stored in. The Tascam dr-10L will still be my go-to for weddings because I don't want to worry about wireless interference, and the rode wireless go ii for weddings have also had some weird problems here and there. I don't think this is necessarily fit for weddings on the groom and officiant during ceremony and again, wireless interference is always unpredictable, but in every other situation where you need to quickly set up audio on one to two subjects without a lavalier, like quick interviews, this will be my go to over the rode wireless go ii because of the size and convenience of it. There is still much testing to be done, and this is only my initial review, but I am optimistic that this will be a very important part of my kit.

I am really amazed with the quality and battery life of the Hollyland Lark M1 Wireless Lavalier Microphone System. It is very easy to use. Just take out the clip on mic and receiver from the charging case and connect on the camera. You are ready to go. I have done couple of interview recording over 1 hour in total and it is very easy to use. Sound quality is amazing. I like the noise cancelling feature. It will not destroy the voice. If you are using single mic, make sure to use mono mode. Otherwise voice will come from one side when using head phone. Portability, easy to use, battery life and sound quality are the key things I really like about this mic. Highly recommend for people who has busy schedule when shooting. You can even use it with your mobile phone too. I use it with both my DSLRs and Mobile Phone. Works well with both.

Hollyland really surprised me. These wireless mics are so easy to use, priced right, and provide solid, clear audio. The case is amazing. Really well built unit for storage and charging. The company logos are big on the mics, but this hasn't stopped me from being able to use them. I carry a small roll of black tape, just in case I need to cover them up. My last shoots allowed me to place them on the persons in places where they didn't stand out too much. I placed them just inside their shirts and they worked fine. I am really impressed with the quality. These easily compete with more expensive mic packs. So easy to plug and play.

Este produto é maravilhoso. Recomendo muito. Para telemóvel é preciso ter cabo (type-c/lightning) adquirido à parte.
