Ok product
I used it as a gluten additive in non gluten flours like millet flours for preparation of roti/ chappati. It didn't work well. Maybe this will work well with already glutenous flours like wheat flour where a little addition can make your baked bread to rise better

Not That Great Product
The results are not as described in the product as I have made the bread with and without this product and there is NO Major Difference at all and NO Difference in the TASTE at all.

Good product
Good product for beginners. My white bread did turn out great by adding this to to regular white flour. For multi grain bread I think the measure needs to change same could have been mentioned.
