It's a good product but it should REALLY come in a higher dosage per pill as you need to take 3 pills a day in order to get the recommended daily dosage for this.

I've never tried mushrooms before but I was surprised of how they gave me energy and really helped give me a boost of being happy. I can't take most supplements or even prescription medications and had stopped trying to find something for depression. Everything makes me feel sick but these are working for me.
