I have savere digestion issues. Started these pills take befor I eat and my digestion has never been better. HIGHLY recommend

I wish there was a resource to call and get advice for how to use the product. I've only taken 2 per day just before first meal of the day.

Good digestive enzymes
These are pretty good digestive enzymes, they worked on the short term for me. Unfortunately, because of the bromelain I started having stomach cramps. Bromelain comes from pineapples, and too much bromelain is too acidic for me. I will stick with Digestive Bitters for now.

This aids in the digestion in your gut as you get older you body doesn't function as well as it use to

Not terrible...
It passed the oatmeal test...somewhat. I opened and poured 1 capsule into ¹/2 cup of oatmeal and it started to sweat the oatmeal in about 10 minutes minutes. After 30 minutes the oatmeal was somewhat liquidy but still had a good portion of solids. To get better results I takes 2 or 3 capsules before a hardy meal, depending on the contents and portion size of the meal. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE MORE THAN THE DOSAGE INDICATED ON THE BOTTLE. I'm doing it this way because I want to and my portion sizes are above average.
