the sound quality is ok if you are aiming for audio books or pod casts, but unfortunately you cannot use it on your side, I'm a side sleeper, the headset that is under my head always has a connection issue, either audio lags or disconnects every 1 minute. if you want them for side sleeping, I cannot recommend them. otherwise they are ok. just ok.
