All in all a good product. The cleansing arm could be longer
Just installed yesterday 2/22/18 . All in all a good product. The cleansing arm could be longer, but ok. The under tank dual valve seems to be high quality. Installed by my girlfriend with only a channel lock plier. If she can do it, you can do it, believe me😉

LOL too strong, too sensitive, scream or giggle most of the time using it.
LOL too strong, and sensitive (both this device and myself) if adjust just a bit too fast the water would emit out like a strong syringe. LOL you would hear scream or giggle depend on the mood. On time even the ceiling got wet!

Good Product
Good bidet and easy to hookup. Make sure to get a t adapter for it.
