T Track Mount Tie Down Anchor for Roof Rack, M8 Heavy Duty Ring Shaped Eye Bolt, Stainless Steel T Bolt Eye Nut Tie Down Rings for Holding Bungee Cord, Ropes, Hooks

I bought these because I wanted to prevent scratching my car by sliding bungee hooks under the roof rack rail which happened on my previous car. These work great and finding them in black fit perfectly to my car's black Sportage XL trim. Very pleased! I did add two rubber washers to prevent scratching my rack, adding grip, and minimize the bolt from interfering with the bungee hooks clearance. (see pictures)

I didn’t know what to eciect. All I knew was Thule wanted $147 for two eye bolts! So I searched Amazon and found these. Bacon said these are “frequently returned”. Let me just tell you that I just ordered two more (16)! These are STURDY, thick, heavy eye bolts. They fit my Thule caprock platform rack perfectly. I really love these. The opportunities for these are huge. I just ordered more to hang lanterns and a towel drying line from the t-slots on the side of my rack. I have no idea why you’d return these. They are fantastic! For Thule I ordered 8 x black 8 mm and they’re perfect. I would say they send tons of washers. Not sure if I’m going something wrong because I only used one per eye bolt?? You will be very happy you purchased these eye bolts!

Very strong and add handy tie down points. I did have to file them down a bit to better fit my slots, but they work great!

Work great, easy to install and move around

I use these anchors to tie my kayaks onto my Thule TracRac truck rail mounted ladder rack. I have an older TracRac, which has a narrower slot, so I had to shave a bit off of the square, making it a rectangle. If I understand correctly, these would fit the current TracRac system with no modification. The TracRac system comes with four tie down points, but they stick up about 4" and my kayaks keep getting hung up on them. These are low profile and make it easier to load up the kayaks. I use commercial truck grade thick rubber bungees to secure the kayaks and these rings work perfectly.

These are very handy, I've got a dozen of them on my overlanding rig that I use for tie down points.The description states "Premium Quality: Made of solid 304 stainless steel, it features rust resistant and corrosion resistance even in salt water ..." which is wrong. The black ones will rust after a couple months as you can see in my pics. So if ya want the black ones ya better hit them with a good paint to keep them from rusting.

I bought these to use as tie down points on my Rhino-Rack-Tracks, specifically I have the Rhino rack RT20 tracks on my van. Wasn't sure they would work but they fit great. Can't speak to the durability or anti-rust properties yet.
