Normally, nail polish wears off in less than two weeks, but the kodi stays on until the new refill

Package arrived partially.
Only base was in the package, but missed top gel. However it’s a set. Also, this product is not eligible for return. Be aware.

I received my order today and it looks like one of the bottles was used and it had a crack. This item isn’t eligible for return or replacement. That’s not fair. So I totally wasted my money.
