This does not work as advertised - no software or drivers.
I bought this with the intention of having a few hotkeys for some media as well as some volume and brightness control knobs. It came with no instructions, software, or drivers. I had to scrub the internet to find some information about how to program this device and finally found an app to assign keys. It recognized the device and key presses but in no way did it permit me to map the keys. It then just shut off and stopped communicating with my laptop. I spent several hours trying to get this to connect and map any keys or knobs. Perhaps someone with a programming background can find use in this but for a regular user this was not a good product.

Requires some setup
Great product. Out the box doesn't work but 5 min fiddling with the settings and you'll have it set to your liking.(Find MINI KeyBoard V02.1.1)Interface is Key1-12 and knobs are K1&2(Left, center, and right)

It's fine, but there is no RGB.
The product works fine. Programs fine, works fine, feels fine. There are some small issues though. They don't provide a link to the software, but it's easy enough to find if you know how to use a search engine. (I know, black magic these days.)It claims in the product listing that it has RGB. It doesn't. There are solder pads for north facing LEDs on the PCB, but there are no diodes soldered to them. They're just blank. Same goes for the power and layer LEDs. So, no LEDs of any sort. Which is actually fine by me, I kind of like the unlit, understated look of it with black keycaps on it. RGB is a bit overdone these days. Ok, it's a lot overdone. My last criticism isn't really a fault of this product itself, but a small problem with all acrylic plate mounted switches. MX style switches are designed to be mounted on a thin plate, usually metal. The clip that snaps the switches into place only work on a thinner material. So, when you put them in something thick, like acrylic, they don't latch in properly and are pretty easy to pull out. When you change the keycaps on these, they'll pull right out. It's not a huge deal, just put them back in.Oh, I did have one more thing. They used Outemu switches in this. That isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself, they're some of the cheapest MX clone switches on the market, but they're fine if you aren't super picky about switches. The downside is, they're hot swap. Outemu switches use Outemu hot swap sockets, which means you can only put Outemu switches in them. If you don't like the clicky blues and want something else, you can only swap them out with a different kind of Outemu. You can't simply drop in a switch made by a different brand. The reason is, Outemus use thinner contact legs than every other brand out there, and their sockets are made smaller specifically for those legs. Switches from other brands are too thick, and can damage the hot swap socket. So keep that in mind.------------------------I know it seems like I've ragged on the product, but really, it's pretty good. I bought this to put on my sim rig (mainly used for Star Citizen) to use as a pseudo controller for various things. I've mapped it in a way that I can do different game functions with it, so I can trim down my flight gear and sell off some of my other hardware. I like it well enough that I'm already planning on buying another one.One last thing to mention. Not a complaint, just something to bear in mind. The knobs aren't analog rotary encoders, they're repeating button pushers. Think like the scroll wheel on your mouse. It clicks as it goes around, and pushes a button on each click. So, the knobs are really three buttons. One button when you go left, one when you go right, and one when you push it.

Doesnt work as expected
Not plug and play, thinks every key is "c" by default. No software comes with it and you have to try to find Mini Keyboard V02.1.1These ARE NOT EXTRA KEYS - merely buttons that can be configured to preexisting buttons.I got around this by setting the keybinds to really obscure things in game, then making the button on the deck that same obscure combination of keys.

not plug & play, software is suspicious, waste of money
Spend a few $ extra and get something else with a reasonable way to program it.

Great tool
It doesn't have RGB as listed, but that is no matter. Although the program to it does take some time to dig for on the internet, it's a great tool for computer work. You can bind each key to something else or a combination of keys (Crtl + Shift + S). The knobs also are buttons while being knobs which add space for more key binds and tools for you to use. My only concern was the no rgb even though it states directly that it has it

Is unrecognized by a Mac
Do not order if you have a Mac. Literally zero ways to have this work on a Mac. I wanted to use this instead of a stream deck. Did not work.
