I have only read +/- 70 pages, plus the introduction, so it is too early to tell if the concepts in the book are useful. Very practicable, easy to read (I'm no English native speaker). Perfect for starters. And also advanced managers who are designing innovation processes. BR Helmut

At last, a PRACTICAL book on this subject, easy to read with examples so you know what to do and how to go about doing it!
