Thick fabric. I like that it doesn’t twist your hair like other ones. I’ve bought a few sets and use a fresh dry one every day. However, I do not see this speeding up the drying process. But I like the convenience. Price is great too.

I don't think I am the intended target audience for this product but it worked for me in more ways than one.I have low porosity type 3 and 4 hair, so originally I just got this to put on my head to shake off the excess water droplets before styling (all my low porosity girls know what I'm talking about) and to put on under my satin cap so it and my pillow wouldn't be soaked on those late evening wash days. It's good for that and works really well. The next day my hair is about 80% dry which is perfect for styling.However, I noticed that this cap seemed to trap in heat (a good thing for low porosity hair). I normally use a soft bonnet cap dryer for my deep condition but I found using a shower cap and this cap gives me the same results and I can move about freely. No microwave necessary! I'm not a fan of those other "heat caps" and this isn't one but it can function as one and is way more comfortable.I don't really care about how fashionable it is because I only wear it in the house, but if you're looking for something to run errands in then I would skip this.I knocked off 1 star because it sheds at first. However, a quick toss in the dryer should solve that

i love these! So glad I made this purchase. The microfiber is so so soft and exactly what I was looking for to protect my fine, wavy hair from breakage. It also helps keep my leave-in conditioner off my face and back while my hair is drying so I don’t break out. I like to comb my leave-in through and then twist my hair in a low bun inside the towel cap and leave it on to dry while I do the rest of my routine getting out of the shower. When I’m done my hair will be slightly damp and I scrunch in mousse. Definitely recommend washing before use. They smelled a little plasticy and shed slightly before washing but no problem after. I washed one before using and used the other before washing. Even the one I didn’t wash first smelled fine and wasn’t shedding by the 3rd use. Make sure to hang up somewhere it will dry fully after each use or it will get musty.

I have long curly hair and I often would drip after drying my hair with a standard microfiber towel. This is the perfect solution for when I just want to get dressed immediately but don't want my hair dripping all over the place. Good idea for girls too, I actually think I'll get these for my girls because its so convenient.
