To begin, the package was shipped and arrived promptly. The packaging was premium and of high quality. The instructions simple and clear. Setting up the device was simple but not without its challenges.Installing the Android app was easy but connecting my phone to the device was tricky as its not a bluetooth device. Connecting it over Wifi can be hit or miss so I just didn't use the app or wifi connection. The other issue I had was when I put in my 64gb micro sd card. The format function didn't work so I tried to format it in my PC first. When I put it back in the dash cam it still asked me to format the sd card. I switch to a 32gb sd card that I also formatted in my PC and this it worked without issue. I'm not sure if it's the sd cards storage size or type, but that was a bit of a mystery to me.Once all setup, it's a simple plug and play device. I drive for Lyft and Uber so the security of having a dash cam in the event of an accident puts my mind at ease. The picture quality is great as it records in 1080p @ 30fps. In terms of the recording, it chops the video into 3 minutes clips which I found annoying during playback. I will have to dig deeper into the settings to see if that's something that I can change. When plugged into the car charger I like how it powers on and off with the car and it automatically starts recording without me having to press a button. This is great because if I forget to it will record on its own.Although there were some challenges in the setup, I really like and would recommend this dash cam because of its ease of use. If I figure out how to change the record length, I will update my review.

This camera works only ideal weather conditions. Don't expect this camera have clarity in the dark or during adverse weather. Glares make thecamera useless; can't see anything but glares on a sunny day. The memory card slot broke and was movable (meaning it was not properly soldered).The Wi-Fi feature only works if you turn it on and off manually; you must reset the camera if you leave it on after you shut off the camera. This camera feels like its at 90 degrees when operating it for less than 10 minutes. Whatever battery is in this product cannot fully charge after three hours; the camera only lasts less than a minute during the failsafe time. The app does not enable IPhone users to download videos; the app only enables to capture pictures while the camera is operating (only can use this function if you are operating a phone while driving or having a other user operate the phone). Conceptually, that is a stupid idea. Do not pay more than 25 USD for this piece of garbage; buy American product instead and you will not be disappointed!

I installed it behind my car rear view mirror. It is stylish and has many cool features. I like the wifi feature since it allows me to watch on my phone through the app. Easy to snap on and off if you just want to put it in your glove box. I leave it on all the time. Camera is very clear. The price is great compared to what I have seen for dash with similar features.

sd card won't stay inserted thus won't record

It is so complicated to set it up, especially when you need sd card format it will take forever to format , you can't watch over on your mobile phone and the battery build in last in 10mins after 4 hrs charged, i would not recommend this item
