This lot contain a variety of meals from beef, pork, chicken and vegetarian. I sampled two of the meals and found both were good and very filling. The instructions for the flameless heating pouches were very easy to follow and heated the entries very well. Why not necessary for the meals to be eaten, having water is required for the flameless heating pouches and enjoying the powdered drink mixes. The individual meal pouches were labeled "resealable' but I could not find any way to do that. On all, is it nor is our idea to have on hand for any emergency situations or camping trips.

MREs packaging was quite organized, but quite a couple had damage or holes in the waterproof bags. Had an instance of an MRH leaking water about 1 to 2 cm at the side seams. I recommend having tape on hand to prevent this if you buy. MRH may also have issues with warming up, following directions. Everything else is ok, the coffee is perfect, and surprisingly great!I would recommend this product with only a few minor manufacturing issues.

The food‘s a lot better when the MRI’s first come out back in the 80s when I was in military

All of the meals were great! All food heaters worked flawlessly. I plan to order again.

Well it’s pretty close and I’m sure it’s basically the same but bottom of the line it isn’t an MRE like it said it would be. Humanitarian daily rations are what we got and they are still on the same level but all 6 were the same and we were hoping for some variety like the MREs have. Little disappointed
