***PLEASE NOTE: This review is only for the more expensive version here with the all metal grinding mechanism and not the cheaper version that looks the same but has a ceramic grinder that’s also available on this page — hope this helps avoid potential confusion. My advice is to splurge on the metal grinder version. ***UPDATE 3/18/26*** Well, after almost two years of fairly heavy daily use the first flaw has emerged so thought I’d share. Yesterday the silver wrapping on the grinder part came loose making it hard to turn the grinder as it was slipping. I did a quick fix by adding some super glue around the seam at the top of the grinder and that’s done the trick at least for now. I’m leaving my 5-star rating because I remain thrilled with its overall performance and frankly would’ve ordered another one if this fix didn’t work, but so far it appears to be holding. 🤞 So still very happy but just wanted to share in case anyone else experiences this. ***UPDATE 8/18/25*** So I’ve now had this for over a year, and under pretty heavy daily use I’m happy to report it still works as well as the day I bought it. Great product, and it’s a pleasure to use every day. ***UPDATE 10/3/2024*** So, after almost four months of pretty heavy daily use I just wanted to report back that this grinder continues to work perfectly and shows every sign of lasting for years to come. I especially like the glass jar so I can see when I’m running low on black peppercorns, and even though it’s got a small form factor it holds a lot so I don’t have to refill it frequently despite using it multiple times daily. I’m super happy with this product all around and recommend it highly!!! ================================ Been using this for a few days now and am very happy so far. I’ve used a traditional wood pepper mill my whole life, but now it’s just me so I wanted something smaller and with a glass body so I can easily see when I need to add more peppercorns. I also wanted an all metal grinding mechanism (that this version has for an few dollars more) instead of ceramic, which doesn’t seem to hold up as well, and I definitely wanted no plastic parts involved in the actual grinding either — don’t need any more microplastics in my diet thank you. This one seemed to check all the boxes, and so far it’s been great. Initially it was set to a more fine, powdery grind, but it was super easy to adjust to a more course grind that I prefer and it’s perfect. Overall it seems well built and is very easy to use, and as long as this holds up it’s a definite keeper. I’ll report back if any future mishaps, but as of now I’d recommend this very highly!

The quality of this grinder is nice. It has a setting so you can grind fine or coarse salt which myself I like. And it has a cover for the top when not in use. It looks nice and just right size, and easy to grind

I bought this pepper grinder because I wanted a cleaner, more reliable way to season meals without constant refills. The 3/4 cup capacity sounded like a real help for weeknight cooking, and the clear glass makes it easy to see when I’m running low. During everyday use it feels simple to operate. I can adjust the coarseness to anything from a fine dust to a chunky grind, and the pepper comes out consistently. The filling opening is wide, so refilling is quick, and the stainless steel cap stays smooth and resists rust even after a few washes. What stood out is how effortless the grinding is. The mechanism feels sturdy and the grind is uniform, which means I’m not fighting with peppercorns or cranking harder than I should. The glass and cap combine a clean look with practical durability, and I appreciate that the finish resists fingerprints. A small note: the glass can be slippery when my hands are wet and the initial coarseness adjustment took me a moment to dial in, but these are minor trade offs. Overall I’m very happy with it and would give it five stars.

The grinders work very well and are adjustable. They're quite roomy and were bigger than I expected. The only downside is that the silver plastic on the outside feels cheap and the plastic parts rub against each other noisily when grinding. This doesn't affect functionality, only aesthetics. It was worth it for the price to get grinders with good ceramic blades.

They work great and look great as well. Can't speak on longevity just yet but if they hold up as well as they work and look I'll be greatly pleased. Can't beat them for the price.

I bought a pair of these 9 years ago and only the pepper grinder broke so i ordered another one, happy with the life span. However, my new one broke in just over 30 days. The plastic ring found around the part that has ridges and goes around kept popping off when i would grind. So I went through the Amazon process and they will be sending me a Replacement even though it is 4 days over the 30 days. GREAT Customer Service! Very Satisfied!

Is a wonderful stainless steel salt grinder. It looks wonderful it's easy to use it fits into your hand so nicely. It is larger than I thought it would be but because I'm using the pink Himalayan salt I'm okay with it being bigger because I can put more salt in there but I absolutely love it.

It appears to be a well-made grinder, perfect for salt which corrodes metal grinders has a lot of room for the salt or pepper sturdy, and the lid is a plus.

These are great, been using them a while with salt & pepper and they are both still working well.
